Leaking or Overflowing Gutters

Brown Marks On Your Eaves
Brown marks on your eaves usually signal sealant failures at the connection between the gutter and downpipe or at the gutters' internal or external corners (mitres)that allows water to leak back to your eaves.
Gutters Overflowing
Overflowing gutters typically result from inadequate drainage pipes or incorrect gutter alignment relative to the downpipes. This misalignment can stem from poor initial installation or gradual shifts in the house and roof rafters over time. Areas commonly affected include gutters near patios or those connecting the house and patio. Over the years, the weight of the patio can pull the fascia—and consequently, the gutter—downward, altering water flow.
Sagging Gutters

Blocked downpipes might also impede water flow, causing excessive water to accumulate and add undue weight to your gutters. Detached or Damaged Gutter Sections
